Joe is a conscientious and quality focused craftsman, specialising in high end renovations for families wishing to future proof their home, rather than downsizing or moving to a larger place.

He prioritises building relationships with his clients to understand their vision. His strong relationship with his tradespeople, combined with his experience, skills and creativity allows him to turn his clients' visions into reality.

Joe began work in the construction industry as a carpenter in 1997, joining forces with Terry, his father in the residential building game. Terry was pegging out sites for government homes back in 1969, so the family tradition of building homes in Canberra goes back some time.

After spending nearly a decade and a half with Terry, OHomes kicked off in 2010.

Terry taught Joe excellence and commitment to quality, and with Joe now starting a family of his own, Joe is passionate about continuing that legacy. With a competent and confident team built up over many years, OHomes delivers top quality work, with a close client-builder connection being the focus of the build.

Joe enjoys the challenge of working on heritage homes, and his heritage portfolio includes residences, Churches and homesteads across the Canberra suburbs of Reid, Ainslie, Barton and Forrest, and the Mona Farm at Braidwood.

When he’s off the tools, you’ll find him at Yoga or out exploring nature with the light of his life, Gemma.
